Hello! You all are due for an update. How do I know?  A lot of people start texting me and asking how I am doing. Hah!

Also, it is time to remind you to watch the memorial this coming Friday at 2:30PM PST. The links are in the Update dated 1/21/25.

I am so looking forward to seeing everyone who is coming. And it feels like an important event that Michael will likely be attending in his new form. However, I think I am overly excited about this. I run around the house organizing and cleaning. Visitors can get you to finally clean up your house. So, I am thankful for that and it gives me a way to use my nervous energy.

We may have around 40 people coming in from out of town. And 20 -30 local people as well.

I still feel Michael close by, he is in A LOT of my dreams. Just there, doing his thing. Or it is me trying to fix his broken body again and again. But his presence now is very comforting and supportive.

I notice I am a bit nervous and hyper, a low subtle vibration of sorts. I try to breathe through it and settle into meditation. It doesn’t feel like I am very successful but trying is important.

I am slowly starting to make the house and the space MINE. Oh, silly things like being in control of the remote on the TV. Can you imagine? Haha!

So prayer requests: (my favorite)

  • For me to CALM down
  • For there to be SUN and NO RAIN on March 7 in Eugene at my house!

      Dear Sarah, thank you for sharing your prayer requests. We are praying for you to calm down.😁 and Friday to be bright and sunny with no rain.     Even a few minutes of deep breathing, meditative music or guided imagery in a favorite place of your home will trigger your parasympathetic nervous system. Calm… Ommm…

    Isaiah 26: 3 You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in You.
